KEY DUTIES:
• Develop and execute against and inform the SEO strategy, coordinating with regional SEO team across all channels to ensure its effectiveness and maximizing organic rankings and related performance metrics.
• Manage SEO content and link building strategies and day-to-day activities. Duties include determining and prioritizing SEO content and link building activity spend and performance levels relative to budgets and expected Marketing KPI's.
• Monitor and communicate performance against effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of SEO. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of activity in an effort to maximize results
• Develop technical plans to optimize onsite for search engine indexation to increase exposure and ranking
• Identify areas for on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code, and content
• Determine appropriate social channels to advance SEO goals and leverage social media and social signals to improve SEO, interfacing with Marketing team, Product team and Customer service teams as necessary
• Report to Head of Marketing and Head of Product to plan and execute integrated organic search programs, ensuring cross-channel integration and creating synergies with paid search campaigns

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• SEO professional with experience within an industry leading site or agency
• Strongly SEO experience in ecommerce or retail industry
• Strong understanding of technical SEO skills, including ability to evaluate and modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes
• Experience with keyword research, density analysis, reporting and link building tools (e.g. SEOMoz, RavenTools)
• Experience across the digital media landscape (including Social Media, Online Media Planning, Web Development and Analytics) preferred
• Proven track record of business results and ecommerce revenue growth through SEO
• Proven track record of optimizing ecommerce sites for competitive head terms and long tail terms 
• Data driven with strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics, Webtreek and other analytics tools
• Highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-starter
• Highly organised with the capability to multi-task and priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
